Start with the question in front of you

You do not need to work through every guide. If you received a letter, start with plan changes. If you want to keep a medicine or doctor, use the coverage checklist. If you are helping someone else, begin with the family guide.

  • Keep plan notices and the coverage year together so you can check the right information.
  • Write down what matters to you: doctors, medicines, pharmacies, costs, or help at home.
  • Use Medicare or your plan to verify details before making a coverage decision.
