Establishing Kentucky Healthcare as a national leader in
remote patient monitoring

Participate in the RPM+ study

Community Wellness, a pioneer in coaching-enhanced Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), plans a powerful validation study for the autumn of 2021.

This randomized, controlled trial of the efficacy of “Enhanced RPM” (aka “RPM+”) will be conducted across the state of Kentucky in a variety of urban and rural health settings over a six-month timeframe, taking aim at patients with one or more chronic metabolic conditions (Type II diabetes, pre-DM, hypertension, and obesity).

This three-armed study will help establish the state as a national leader in this disruptive form of telemedicine and home wellness coaching, leading to improved health outcomes, improved patient satisfaction, and reduced health expenditures.
